Tom Khing: a warming and deeply restorative Thai umami broth infused with lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime.

COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS

Date, Cacao Brownies - GF, DF, Egg Free: fudgy and naturally sweetened brownies.

Portos Granados: a heart and grounding Chilean-styled stew of beans, pumpkin and corn.

Pollo Guisado: a rich and savoury Puerto Rican chicken stew simmered with warm spices and  vegetables.

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

Kuku Sabzi: a Persian herb packed frittata, rich with greens, fresh herbs, and warming spices.

TO SHARE

Lebanese Balela: a fresh, zest and protein-rich chickpea salad with tomatoes, cucumber, herbs and lemon.

OLLA’S BOWL

Create your own vibrant bowl building layers of layers of healing flavours with millet with chimichurri rojo, creamy cashew sauce, roasted spiced vegetables, fresh herb salsa and sauerkraut.

SWEET FINISH

Bringing the class to a warm and satisfying close with Brownies; served with an orange & star anise atole which is a warm, spiced traditional drink with citrus and aromatic star anise.
